The 2007–08 Macedonian Second Football League was the sixteenth season since its establishment. It began on 4 August 2007 and ended on 1 June 2008.

For deciding promotion, relegation and promotion/relegation play-offs: 1st points; 2nd head-to-head points; 3rd head-to-head goal difference; 4th head-to-head goals scored; 5th play-off
1Alumina was declined their participation in the next season. However, Bregalnica Štip was stayed in the league.
2Ilinden Velmej was removed from competition after 14th round. All matches annulled.
