1 Zimbru Chișinău have qualified for the first qualifying round of the 2014–15 UEFA Europa League as winners of the 2013–14 Moldovan Cup.
2 Rapid Ghidighici were deducted two points because of debts owed to players Ovidiu Mendizov[2] and Vladimir Livșiț.[3]
