The 2016–17 Burgos CF season is the 23rd season in the history of Burgos CF. It will be its 15th season in Segunda División B, the fourth one since its last promotion.

Overview

On 25 September 2016, after only earning one point in the first six league games and being eliminated in the first round of the Copa del Rey, Paco Fernández was sacked. Three days later, Manix Mandiola was appointed as new head coach of the team.[1]
