Abdulaziz was the first child born to Fahda bint Asi Al Shuraim and was a son of Emir Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Rashid.[1] In 1920, when Abdulaziz was 4 his father was killed. His mother married Abdulaziz, who later became King Ibn Saud of Saudi Arabia. He had a younger full-brother Mishaal. Abdulaziz was born in 1916. He was the half-brother of King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia. Abdulaziz's name, after his mother's marriage to Abdulaziz became Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Abdulaziz al-Abdulaziz al-Rashid Al Saud.
