Mishaal was born in 1918 to Fahda bint Asi Al Shuraim and Rashidi Emir, Saud bin Abdulaziz. Mishaal's half brother from his mother was King Abdullah. His step-father was Abdulaziz,the first ruler of modern Saudi Arabia. His full brother was Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud al-Rashid Al Saud.[1]
