Aleš Matějů (born 3 June 1996) is a professional Czech football defender currently playing for FC Viktoria Plzeň.
He made his career league debut for 1. FK Příbram on 30 August 2014 in a Czech First League 2-3 home loss against Bohemians 1905.

Matějů represented the Czech Republic on all youth levels from Under-16 to Under-21.
