Belmont railway station is a proposed station on the Forrestfield-Airport Link in Perth, Western Australia. To be operated by Transperth, it will be built in the suburb of Redcliffe.[1][2]

It was originally proposed the station be located within the airport boundaries underneath the new Consolidated Terminal, but in September 2014 it was revealed that the line would be built outside them.[3]

The station will include a bus interchange and 500-1,000 car parking spaces.[1]

The proposed station was originally called Airport West, and is now called Belmont. It will be the first railway station to service the Belmont area for over 60 years, since the previous Belmont railway station was closed in 1956.

Services & platforms

Belmont will be served by Transperth services operating from Perth to Forrestfield.
