The Soccer Hall of Fame in Vaughan, Ontario, was founded in 1997. It was incorporated by the Ontario Soccer Association. The Hall aims to celebrate and highlight the achievements of top Canadian association footballers as well as 'builders' of the sport of association football in Canada. New members are added each year, seven male players, one female player, three builders. An additional builder is awarded a 'Pioneer Award'. Teams and organizations are also inducted each year.

Brian Budd Award recipients
