Chah-e Siah (Persian: چاه سياه, also Romanized as Chāh-e Sīāh; also known as Chāh-e Sīāh Bāl and Chāh Sīāh Bāl)[1] is a village in Meyghan Rural District, in the Central District of Nehbandan County, South Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 11, in 5 families.[2]
