Clay, Pennsylvania is a census-designated place[1] located in Clay and Elizabeth Townships in Lancaster County in the state of Pennsylvania. It is located along US Route 322 between the community of Brickerville and the borough of Ephrata. As of the 2010 census[2] the population was 1,559 residents.
