Ghoradongri is located about 40 km of Betul District and 18 km of SARNI, Madhya Pradesh, India. The railway station is connected to two main railway stations (nearby) i.e. Itarsi Junction railway station (in Madhya Pradesh) and Nagpur railway station (in Maharashtra). Most of the people come here by rail because of Sarni, 18 km from Ghoradongri which has an WCL Western Coalfields Ltd. coal mines located in Pathakhera and MPPGCL Satpura Thermal Power Station Sarni , about 15 km from Ghoradongri.
Connectivity
Ghoradongri Railway Station is located on the Main Delhi–Chennai and Bhopal – Nagpur Railway Track which halts more than 20 daily trains. Therefore the Trains for almost all the major as well as minor destinations in India are very easily available. To the north of the Ghoradongri lies Bhopal Junction, Indore Junction, Gwalior Junction, Jabalpur Junction and to the south lies Amla Junction, Nagpur Junction.
