Gorczyca [ɡɔrˈt͡ʂɨt͡sa] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Płaska, within Augustów County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland, close to the border with Belarus.[1] It lies approximately 2 kilometres (1 mi) north-east of Płaska, 22 km (14 mi) east of Augustów, and 89 km (55 mi) north of the regional capital Białystok.
The village has a population of 180.
