Juraj Minčík (born 27 March 1977 in Spišská Stará Ves) is a Slovak slalom canoeist who competed from the mid-1990s to the late 2000s (decade). Competing two Summer Olympics, he won a bronze medal in the C-1 event in Sydney in 2000.
Minčík also won three medals in the C-1 team event at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships with two golds (1997, 2003) and a bronze (1995).
At the European Championships he has won a total 8 medals (5 golds and 3 silvers).
