KMTN (96.9 FM, "The Mountain") is a radio station broadcasting an Album Adult Alternative format. Licensed to Jackson, Wyoming, United States, the station is owned by Rich Broadcasting, LLC, through licensee RP Broadcasting LS, LLC, and features programing from ABC Radio.[1]
Ownership
In March 2007, Denver-based Blue Point Media announced that it was set to merge with KMTN owner Chaparral Broadcasting Inc.[2] Chaparral Broadcasting also owned three other radio stations in Wyoming as well as three stations in Idaho.
Chaparral sold KMTN and seven other stations to Rich Broadcasting for $3.7 million; the transaction was consummated on April 1, 2013.
