KSGT (1340 AM) is a radio station broadcasting a news/talk format, simulcasting KID 590 AM Idaho Falls, Idaho. Licensed to Jackson, Wyoming, USA, the station is currently owned by Rich Broadcasting, LLC, through licensee RP Broadcasting LS, LLC.[1]
Ownership
In March 2007, Denver-based Blue Point Media announced that it was set to merge with KSGT owner Chaparral Broadcasting Inc.[2] Chaparral Broadcasting also owned three other radio stations in Wyoming as well as three stations in Idaho.
Chaparral sold KSGT and seven other stations to Rich Broadcasting for $3.7 million; the transaction was consummated on April 1, 2013.
