Khalilabad (Persian: خليل آباد; also Romanized as Khalīlābād)[1] is a city in and the capital of Khalilabad County, in Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 8,409, in 2,324 families.[2] there is a very beautiful spa in Khalilabad which is locally called "Germou" meaning warm water. a lot of toursists from different parts of the province visit it in summer. there are two language schools in the city which have caused many language enthusiasts to learn English and have made Khalilabad a better and more convenient place for tourists. there is a jungle park in Khalilabad which is in a length of 3 kilometers, accommodating nearly all who want to have a nice weekend out.
