Kleneč is a village and municipality (obec) in Litoměřice District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 5.85 square kilometres (2.26 sq mi), and has a population of 426 (as at 31 December 2007).
Kleneč lies approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) south-east of Litoměřice, 33 km (21 mi) south-east of Ústí nad Labem, and 37 km (23 mi) north of Prague.
