Kościelec [kɔɕˈt͡ɕɛlɛt͡s] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Krotoszyce, within Legnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.
It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) south of Legnica, and 63 kilometres (39 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.
The village has a population of 340.
