Mačkov is a village and municipality (obec) in Strakonice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 5.07 square kilometres (1.96 sq mi), and has a population of 288 (as at 3 July 2006).
Mačkov lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) north of Strakonice, 64 km (40 mi) north-west of České Budějovice, and 86 km (53 mi) south-west of Prague.
