Mahamana Express is a tri-weekly superfast train service of Indian Railways Network in India, which runs between the city of Varanasi and New Delhi via Moradabad, Lucknow ,Sultanpur & Jaunpur city.

This train is named after Pt. Shri Madan Mohan Malaviya, a freedom fighter & an educationist who established Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, which is one of the Asia's largest residential universities.

This train was flagged by Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi on January 22, 2016 from Varanasi Junction through video conferencing.
