Maltby is an unincorporated community in Contra Costa County, California, United States.^[1] It is located on the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad 3.5 miles (5.6 km) east of Martinez,^[3] at an elevation of 16 feet (5 m).^[1]
