OMD Worldwide is a global media communications agency. It is a subsidiary of Omnicom Group.
OMD has also been acknowledged as Most Creative Media Agency by The Gunn Report for Media eight consecutive times; Adweek Global Media Agency of the Year for 2008, 2009, 2011 and 2013; and 2002, 2005, 2009 and 2011 Media Agency of the Year by Advertising Age.[1][2]
Origins
OMD was launched with the unification of the media operations of three of Omnicom Group's global advertising agencies: BBDO, DDB, and TBWA.

Manning Gottlieb OMD is a UK Media Agency[3] part of the OMD Group [4] in the UK which forms part of the global Omnicom Media Group which is owned by the holding company Omnicom Group.
It offers a range of services including media planning, account planning, media buying, strategy, digital, SEO, PPC, mobile, social media, direct response, research, affiliates, econometrics, data analytics, content, regional media, sponsorship, retail, ethnic marketing, sports marketing and barter.
It is led by Chief Executive Officer Tim Pearson.[5]
