Mayfield Township is one of nineteen townships in DeKalb County, Illinois, USA. As of the 2010 census, its population was 929 and it contained 414 housing units.[1] Mayfield Township was renamed from Liberty Township on November 20, 1850.
Geography
According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 35.16 square miles (91.1 km2), of which 34.94 square miles (90.5 km2) (or 99.37%) is land and 0.22 square miles (0.57 km2) (or 0.63%) is water.[1]
