The Montenegrin Cup 2008–09 was the third season of the Montenegrin knockout football tournament. The defending champions were FK Mogren. The competition featured 30 teams. It started on September 17, 2008 and ended on May 13, 2009.
First round
Last year's finalists Mogren and Budućnost received a bye to the Second Round. The remaining 14 matches were played on September 17 and 18, 2008.
