Moravany is a village and municipality (obec) in Hodonín District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 10.88 square kilometres (4.20 sq mi), and has a population of 742 (as at 1 January 2008).
Moravany lies approximately 22 kilometres (14 mi) north of Hodonín, 44 km (27 mi) south-east of Brno, and 230 km (143 mi) south-east of Prague.
