Negley is a census-designated place (CDP) in northeastern Middleton Township, Columbiana County, Ohio, United States. The population was 281 at the 2010 census.[2] A post office called Negley has been in operation since 1883; today it bears the ZIP code of 44441. This vast area covers the communities of Negley, Lake Tomahawk, and Fredericktown.[3] It lies along State Route 154.

Negley is the site of the Youngstown and Southern Railway shop that is now used by the Youngstown and Southeastern Railroad.

Negley originally was a mining community with a coal mine operated by the Powers Mining Company.[4]
