Niedźwiedź [ˈɲɛd͡ʑvʲɛt͡ɕ] (German: Bärenbruch) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Barczewo, within Olsztyn County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) east of Barczewo and 23 km (14 mi) east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1772 the area was part of Kingdom of Poland, 1772-1945 Prussia and Germany (East Prussia).
The village has a population of 140.
