Pleśna [ˈplɛɕna] is a village in Tarnów County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Pleśna.[1] It lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) south of Tarnów and 74 km (46 mi) east of the regional capital Kraków.
The village has a population of 2,300.
