Ponganalu: Ponganalu (పొ౦గనాలు) is a traditional snack item of Andhra. It is a fluffy and smooth food item made mostly in the Vijayawada and has been introduced to other regions through the Andhra Meals.[1] It is sometimes stuffed with onions, corn or coriander for taste. It is taken in combination with peanut or pudina chutney.[2]
