River Gardens, Islamabad

River Gardens is a housing scheme in Islamabad that is under development. It is located 

in the Zone-V of the Islamabad Capital Territory.

Renaissance Developers (Pvt) Limited is responsible for master planning and development.[1]

Per the information on the Capital Development Authority website, River Gardens housing scheme layout plan was approved on 4 May 2001 with total area of 810 Kanals and a total of 660 residential plots.[2] The NOC was issued on 9 August 2004.
