Rutilio del Riego Jáñez (born September 21, 1940) is a Spanish-born American Roman Catholic bishop who served as the Auxiliaty Bishop for the Roman Catholic Diocese of San Bernardino.
Biography
Born in Valdesandinas, Spain, del Riego Jáñez was ordained a priest on June 5, 1965. On June 26, 2005, he was appointed titular bishop of Daimlaig and auxiliary bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of San Bernardino, California.
He was consecrated bishop on September 20, 2005.[1] Bishop del Riego retired on December 11, 2015.
