Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi (English: I Love Only You) is an Indian soap opera which premiered on 24 June 2014 and aired every Monday to Friday at 10:00 pm on Colors TV. The show is produced by Ekta Kapoor of Balaji Telefilms and stars Shakti Arora and Radhika Madan in lead roles. It is also dubbed in Tamil as Urave Uyire and airs on Polimer TV as well as in Odia as Mo Mana Tori Pain and airs on Colors Odia and it is aired in Sri Lanka as Sadahatama Oba Mage on TV Derana dubbed in Sinhalese.[4] The final episode aired on 19 February 2016.[5]

Plot

Ranveer Vaghela, the son of a driver Kailash Vaghela, falls immensely in love with his friend Ishaani Parekh, the daughter of a rich businessman and employer of Ranveer and his family. Ranveer is aware Ishaani can never be his and never expected more than friendship from her. Ishani's mother Falguni Parekh and stepfather Harshad Parekh trusts Ranveer and treat him as their son. However, Ishaani finds out that's Ranveer loves her and misunderstands him. He has to leave house and sent to jail because of misunderstanding. Ishaani begins hating Ranveer. The show takes a two-year leap during which Ranveer has returned and has turned from a driver to a successful business tycoon RV. While Ishaani's family are facing a shortage of money due to which they had to leave their mansion because her step-father died in a fire. Everyone thinks he is back to take revenge on Ishaani's family when he actually returned to watch over Ishaani. Ranveer's mother Amba Vaghela hates Ishaani and Parekh family.Ishani is marrying Chirag Mehta , son of Harshad's friend Ketan Mehta and Ranveer is getting married to Ritika Zaveri who is the daughter of Ranveer's business partner Sanjeev Zaveri. Ishani and Ritika become friends. Chirag is getting married to Ishani only for money. Ishani's family loses the case of their property and Chirag runs away on day of Ishani and his marriage and their marriage is called off. Ritika tells Ranveer to get married to Ishani because she knows that Ranveer loves Ishani and they both will be happy together. Ranveer and Ishaani eventually get married and Ranveer struggles to keep Ishaani happy despite the influence of people with cruel intentions. Ishani starts loving Ranveer.Chirag tries to create misunderstanding between Ishaani and Ranveer. Because of Chirag's conspiracy misunderstanding is created between Ishaani and Ranveer and because of that Ranveer starts hating Ishaani.Ranveer loves Ishaani despite the misunderstanding and hatred. Manas Shah marries Ishaani's stepsister Disha. Ishaani clears Ranveer's misunderstanding and wins back Ranveer's love. Ritika is marrying Ishaani's brother Sharman but Sharman calls off their marriage because Ritika is pregnant. Soon Ishani and Ranveer are again separated.Ishani leaves Ranveer for his betterment and to save him from false blame. The show takes six months leap. Ishani is assumed to be dead. Shikhar Mehra who is Ritika's friend and who is lawyer enters Ishani's life and they become friends. He is also Ranveer's friend. Ritika is living with Vaghela family as Ranveer's wife. Shikhar falls in love with Ishani. Shikar's stepsister Krisha Mehra is marrying Ishani's stepbrother Devarsh. Ranveer,Vaghela family, Parekh family come to know that Ishani is alive. Ranveer tells Shikhar that Ishani is his wife and he is Ishani's husband. Ishani tells Shikhar that she had left Ranveer. Ishani to get Ritika and Ranveer married decides to marry Shikhar. Ranveer starts hating Ishani.Ranveer tries to convince Shikhar to not to marry Ishani as he thinks Ishani is marrying Shikhar for his money. Ishani reveals Shikhar about her true reason behind marrying him. Ishani wants Ritika to marry Ranveer and Ranveer to move on in his life. Ishaani's mother dies so she and her family start living in Shikhar's house. Ritika is pregnant with Chirag's baby child. Ishani comes to know about it and decides to show this Ritika's truth in front of Vaghela family and pretending to be having memory loss enters Ranveer's life and house. Ishani stops Ritika and Ranveer's marriage. Devarsh and Krisha get married. Ishani with her step-grandmother Hansaben Parekh/Baa, her stepbrothers Prateek, Sharman, Shikhar's help shows Ritika's truth in front of Vaghela family. Ishaani and Ranveer reunite.Ishani and Ranveer get remarried. Shikhar leaves from Ishani's life. The show takes again six months leap. Ranveer's twin brother Milan enters in their lives to revenge from Ranveer. Kailash Vaghela and Amba Vaghela who are Ranveer and Milan's parents had given him and left to another rich family in his childhood to cure Ranveer's illness. Soon Milan leaves from their lives. Ishaani and Ranveer are again separated due to Ritika and Nirbhay Singh Ahlawat. Nirbhay Singh Ahlawat is a successful business tycoon in Haryana. After six months leap Ishani lives in Nirbhay's house as his wife.Nirbhay because of misunderstanding hates Ranveer. Soon his misunderstanding is cleared and at the end, Ishani and Ranveer reunite.
