Smith's fruit bat (Lissonycteris smithi) is a species of bat in the family Pteropodidae. It is found in Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Togo, possibly Benin, possibly Mali, and possibly Nigeria. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, moist savanna, and caves. It is threatened by habitat loss.
