The W298AP translator previously served as a second signal for sister Adult Hits station WABZ.

WTAX carries The Rush Limbaugh Show, Wall Street Journal This Morning, Coast to Coast AM, Clark Howard, and The Laura Ingraham Show.

WTAX-FM was also the original call sign of WTAX's sister station at 103.7, now WDBR.
