WXL60 (sometimes referred to as Roanoke All Hazards) is a NOAA Weather Radio station that serves the Roanoke metropolitan area and surrounding cities. It is programmed from the National Weather Service forecast office in Blacksburg, Virginia, with its transmitter located on the broadcast tower of public radio station WVTF in Roanoke.
It broadcasts weather and hazard information for the following counties: Alleghany, Amherst, Bedford, Bland, Botetourt, Carroll, Craig, Floyd, Franklin, Giles, Halifax, Henry, Montgomery, Patrick, Pittsylvania, Pulaski, Roanoke, Rockbridge, and Wythe as well as the individual cities of Bedford, Buena Vista, Clifton Forge, Covington, Danville, Galax, Lexington, Martinsville, Radford, Roanoke and Salem.
