WXL92 (sometimes referred to as Lynchburg All Hazards) is a NOAA Weather Radio station that serves Lynchburg and surrounding cities as well as the eastern portion of Roanoke metropolitan area. It is programmed from the National Weather Service forecast office in Blacksburg, Virginia with its transmitter located in Madison Heights, Virginia. It broadcasts weather and hazard information for the following Counties: Amherst, Appomattox, Bedford, Buckingham, Campbell, Carroll, Charlotte, Halifax, Prince Edward, and Rockbridge as well as the individual cities of Bedford, Lexington and Lynchburg.
