West Sullivan is a village on former U.S. Route 66 in Crawford County, Missouri, United States. The village limits are adjacent to Sullivan on the east and St. Cloud on the west. The community was incorporated in 2000. The population was 119 at the 2010 census. Like Sullivan, it lies on Interstate 44, but does not have an exit of its own, lying between Sullivan's westernmost exit and Bourbon.

2010 census
As of the census[2] of 2010, there were 119 people, 41 households, and 31 families residing in the village. The population density was 330.6 inhabitants per square mile (127.6/km2). There were 49 housing units at an average density of 136.1 per square mile (52.5/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 98.32% White and 1.68% from other races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.68% of the population.
There were 41 households of which 46.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 56.1% were married couples living together, 17.1% had a female householder with no husband present, 2.4% had a male householder with no wife present, and 24.4% were non-families. 19.5% of all households were made up of individuals and 9.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.90 and the average family size was 3.26.
The median age in the village was 31.5 years. 34.5% of residents were under the age of 18; 8.4% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 26.9% were from 25 to 44; 23.5% were from 45 to 64; and 6.7% were 65 years of age or older. The gender makeup of the village was 47.1% male and 52.9% female.
