The 2009 Eusébio Cup was the 2nd edition of the Eusébio Cup. It was won by Benfica, the hosts of the tournament, with a win over Milan.
The Portuguese team won it for the first time, by beating Italian side on penalties (5–4), after a 1–1 draw.
