The Eusébio Cup is an annual football tournament held at the Estádio da Luz in Lisbon, Portugal.
S.L. Benfica organizes the tournament in early-mid August, one or two weeks before the regular season kicks off. It is usually Benfica's and the participating team's last pre-season match. Until 2013, the trophy was presented to the winning team by Eusébio to whom is dedicated the tournament.
Media coverage

Eusébio Cup of 2008, 2009 and 2010 were broadcast on SIC, the 2011 edition was broadcast on TVI,[1] the 2012 edition was broadcast on RTP1,[2] the 2013 edition was broadcast on Benfica TV which will continue to broadcast the tournament.
Trophy
The trophy is made out of glass and bears the name of the tournament and its winners. It also features Eusébio on the top performing one of his trademark shooting techniques. The Eusébio figure is similar to the statue outside the Estádio da Luz. The trophy is symbolic as it is dedicated to Eusébio who is considered one of the greatest footballers of all time.
