The Hamilton County Courthouse is located in Webster City, Iowa, United States. The first courthouse for Hamilton County, begun in 1858, had to be dismantled before it was completed because the county ran out of money to complete it.[1] A two-story frame courthouse was completed in the 1860s, and it was replaced by a three-story brick structure in 1876. The present two-story brick and black stone courthouse was completed in 1976.[2]
