South Ottawa Township is located in LaSalle County, Illinois. As of the 2010 census, its population was 8,290 and it contained 3,609 housing units.[1]
Geography
According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 21.05 square miles (54.5 km2), of which 19.67 square miles (50.9 km2) (or 93.44%) is land and 1.38 square miles (3.6 km2) (or 6.56%) is water.[1]
