Ward No. 78, Kolkata Municipal Corporation is an administrative division of Kolkata Municipal Corporation in Borough No. 9, covering parts of Ekbalpur and Mominpur neighbourhoods in south Kolkata, in the Indian state of West Bengal. It forms a city municipal corporation council electoral constituency and is a part of Kolkata Port (Vidhan Sabha constituency).^[1]

The boundaries of the ward are: Kavi Mohammad Iqbal is in the north. Diamond Harbour Road is to the east. Hussein Shah Road and Braunfield Row are to the south. Bhukailash Road is to the west.^[2][3] IS started mental health services in ward 78 in 2012.
